These terms cover the use of this website and the junk removal services provided by Bless It Is Gon' Junk Removal in Polk County, Osceola County and surrounding Central Florida. Using this site or booking our service means you're okay with what's below.
Quotes and pricing
Our pricing starts at $159. That is a starting price, not a flat rate for every job. The final price for your job depends on factors including weight, quantity, volume, type of material, the labor required, how accessible the items are, and the location or distance of the job where that applies.
Any quote we give based on a description or photos is an estimate based on the information we were given. If the job turns out to be materially different from what was described, with more items, heavier material or harder access, we'll talk with you about the revised price before we do the extra work. You can always decline.
Scheduling and same-day service
Same-day junk removal may be available depending on our schedule and your location. It is not guaranteed for every job. Submitting the quote form does not schedule a job; a job is scheduled only when we've confirmed it with you directly.
What we can and can't take
We handle a wide range of household and property items, and we specialize in small and medium jobs. Some materials we may not be able to accept, including hazardous materials, chemicals, and other items restricted by law or by the facilities we use. If you're not sure about an item, ask us before your appointment and we'll tell you.
Access and property
You're responsible for making sure we can safely get to the items: gates unlocked, pets secured, and permission to be on the property. Please confirm that everything you point out is yours to remove, or that you have the owner's permission to have it removed.
We treat your property with care. If we cause damage while performing the work, tell us right away so we can make it right.
Items are gone once they're gone
Once we've loaded and hauled your items, they're disposed of, donated or recycled and can't be returned. Please check that nothing you want to keep is in the pile before we load.
Payment
Payment is due when the job is complete, unless we've agreed otherwise in writing.
Cancellations
Plans change. Just call or text 407-979-2896 as early as you can so we can adjust the schedule.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
